Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the NomOut consumer application and services in Ontario, Canada.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the NomOut app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and a resident of Ontario to use NomOut. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
3. Bookings & Member Pass
Reservations made through NomOut are subject to restaurant availability. Your member pass must be presented at the host stand at the time of arrival to qualify for member rates.
4. Fees
Basic members pay a flat $2.49 (+ HST) booking fee per reservation. NomOut+ subscribers are exempt from booking fees while their subscription is active.
5. Conduct
Misuse of the platform, including no-shows, attempts to share a pass, or fraudulent booking activity, may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
