Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to be fair and transparent about cancellations and refunds. Please review the policy below before booking or subscribing.

1. Reservation Cancellations

Reservations may be cancelled in-app up to 2 hours before the reservation time without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the $2.49 booking fee.

2. NomOut+ Subscription

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly at $9.99 (+ HST). You may cancel anytime directly in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for subscription fees are issued on a case-by-case basis where service has been materially disrupted. Booking fees are refunded for cancellations made within the allowed window.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@nomout.com with your account email and the order or reservation reference. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
